Hello.
Sorry about the weather. It’s a bit mean to talk of sunsets when we are in the midst of April showers in the UK. Argh.
The reason for the title is to give you a nudge. I ‘nudge’ that reminds you to keep in mind the things that make you smile and schedule them in. I mean in the diary. Yup, I know it sounds madness to type/write/scribble or ‘pin’ it in – but if you make some kind of note to get you ‘doing’ rather than ‘thinking’ you are far more likely to ‘do’ it.
I want to remind you that there are things that you love in life, that don’t take up too much time or money. So there really are NO excuses for this. None.
Make a list of the simple things that you love and schedule them into your life before its over!
