About Me
I am a funny, feisty, straight talking ADHD woman who is often the most positive person in the room. I live by the sea with my two teenage sons, two dogs and a cat who thinks she is dog. When I am not coaching you will find me in the sea or on it - I moved here 19 years ago and there has never been a moment when I regretted taking that dream off the shelf and going for it.
How can I ask that of you if I don't do that myself? For as long as I can remember I am the brave and curious one and I encourage my clients to do the same. To date, I’ve coached hundreds of clients and I've loved every minute of it.
Coaching
I’m not your average coach. Yes I like to inform and transform, but most importantly, we’re going to have fun exploring who you are and what you really want. My driving force is to reduce waste - if there is a way to do something with the ease and simplicity I will find it. Through my years of expertise and studying psychology and emotional intelligence, I’ve learned to help people to live their life to the full. No holds barred, no inhibitions, no bulls*t.
In 2022 I was asked if I thought I might have ADHD. At the time I was shocked and bemused. What followed was my busy brain focused on finding out more about my neurodiverse brain and the journey to getting a diagnosis (late 2024) to becoming an accredited ADHD Practitioner to understand my clients and how I can support them through the journey of a lifetime and waste not a drop more on feeling too much / not enough.
My straight-up approach and love of laughter has culminated in a magic formula that my clients thrive on. But it doesn’t stop there. In 2025 I will be launching my programme to take late diagnosed women through their transformation, based on my ability to decipher the complexity of every client’s path and then help them to shift the mindset, beliefs and stories that are holding them back from who they really are and to love their brilliant busy brain.
Academic Background
A degree (BSc. Hons) in Psychology and Communication (1997) was just the beginning of my love for the mind. I’ve always been fascinated by the way people behave the way they do. After becoming a Prince2 Project & Change Manager for the NHS, I studied successfully to become a ‘Professional Certified Coach’ with the International Coaching Academy in 2008 (‘Accredited Coach Programme’ by International Coaching Federation.). It was during this time that I worked with Dr Mick MacKenzie in MacKenzie International Consulting. Mick had a profound impact on my life and the way I coach. I invested in three 30-Day Peak Performance Trainings with him – a comprehensive training in understanding human emotions and getting the ‘peak’ from individuals and teams.
I worked with Mick for over 10 years and it changed everything for me. We looked at emotional intelligence and self actualisation, the dismantling of characters and then reconnecting them. I still coach this way today. Sometimes it’s about asking that uncomfortable question and facing the avoidance head-on.
In 2023 I studied to understand ADHD at a deeper level and became an Accredited ADHD Practitioner.

After four sessions I feel more serene and at peace with myself. It’s a long process and I am sure I will have crisis again, but when those come, I will remember Kerry’s words and move on. Thank you Kerry! I have learned a lot about myself and will now work on myself to improve my life.
Deborah
Kerry keeps you focused on your goals, even the little ones. It is all too easy to lose sight of your dreams when you are bogged down in the day to day living. And she will make you look for the FUN in your life.
